In January , Berkshire registered its 325.4 million shares in Kraft Heinz , which represent about a 27.5% ownership stake , giving the conglomerate flexibility to sell in the future if it chooses. But for now, Abel made clear there is no plan to take action in the near term The update comes after Kraft Heinz recently paused a plan to split the company into two businesses. CEO Steve Cahillane said the company will instead focus on improving profitability and strengthening growth before pursuing structural changes
