BILLERICA, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bruker Corporation (Nasdaq: BRKR, BRKRP) today announced that its Board of Directors (“Board”) has approved payment of a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.05 per share on the Company’s common stock, par value $0.01 per share (the “Common Stock Dividend”). The Common Stock Dividend will be paid on January 2, 2026 to stockholders of record as of December 8, 2025.The Board also approved payment of a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $3.6745 per share on the Company’s 6.375% Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock, Series A, par value $0.01 per share (the “Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock Dividend”).
