I raise my price target, reflecting improved fundamentals, but maintain a 'Hold' rating, due to unattractive risk/reward and premium valuation. Interest expense has surged from under $40M in 2017 to over $294M in 2025, with further increases expected, heightening balance sheet risk. Despite solid organic growth and a resilient agency model, BRO's sub-par yield, BBB credit, and NatCat exposure make peers more attractive at current valuations.
