Dutch Bros has named Jennifer Somers its chief shops officer, reporting to chief executive officer Christine Barone. In this position, Somers will lead the fast-growing chain's field organization and shop operations, ensuring growth and consistency across both company-owned and franchised locations. “Jennifer is a people-first leader who brings an incredible blend of strategic vision and hands-on leadership that will help propel Dutch Bros through our next phase of growth,” Barone said in a statement. “Her track record of scaling high-growth (and) purpose-driven field organizations while staying grounded in culture and customer connection makes her an ideal fit for this role.” Somers brings more than 20 years of operational leadership experience, including the last 10 years in the restaurant industry.
