The repurchases were done at an approximate 32% discount to Net Asset Value ("NAV").The Company is committed to aggressively buying back stock for as long as BRR shares trade at a significant discount to NAV."We are not going to sit on our hands while the market offers us the chance to buy our own stock at a significant discount to what it is worth," said Anthony Pompliano, Chairman and CEO of ProCap Financial.
