MELVILLE, N.Y., Oct. 06, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BioRestorative Therapies, Inc. (“BioRestorative”, “BRTX” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: BRTX), a clinical stage company focused on stem cell-based therapies, today announced it has entered into definitive agreements with several accredited and/or institutional investors for the sale of 678,125 shares of the Company’s common stock at an offering price of $1.60 per share in a registered direct offering. The Company’s stock closed at $1.50 per share on October 3, 2025. In a concurrent private placement offering, the Company also agreed to issue to the investors in the registered direct offering unregistered warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 508,594 shares of the Company’s common stock (the “Unregistered Warrants”), representing 75% warrant coverage.
