MELVILLE, N.Y., Feb. 13, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BioRestorative Therapies, Inc. (“BioRestorative”, “BRTX” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ:BRTX), a late stage clinical regenerative medicine innovator focused on stem cell-based therapies and products, today announced the closing of its previously announced public offering of 14,285,715 shares of common stock (or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof) and warrants to purchase up to 14,285,715 shares of common stock, at a combined public offering price of $0.35 per share (or pre-funded warrant in lieu thereof) and accompanying warrants. The warrants have an exercise price of $0.35 per share, are immediately exercisable and will expire five years from the date of issuance. Rodman & Renshaw LLC acted as the exclusive placement agent for the offering. The gross proceeds to the Company from the offering were approximately $5.0 million, before deducting the placement agent’s fees and other offering expenses payable by the Company. The Company int
