MELVILLE, N.Y., April 03, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BioRestorative Therapies, Inc. (“BioRestorative”, “BRTX” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: BRTX ), a clinical stage company focused on stem cell-based therapies, today announced the filing of a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). The registration statement solely covers the resale by selling securityholders of up to 2,513,686 shares of common stock of the Company that are issuable pursuant to the exercise of previously issued warrants. The filing was made pursuant to registration rights granted to the selling securityholders in connection with the issuance of the warrants to them. The Company's Form S-1 registration statement has been filed with the SEC but has not yet become effective.
