TEANECK, N.J., Feb. 13, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bogota Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: BSBK) (the “Company”), the holding company for Bogota Savings Bank (the “Bank”), reported net income for the three months ended December 31, 2025 of $680,000 or $0.05 per basic and diluted share, compared to a net loss of $930,000 or $0.07 per basic and diluted share for the comparable prior year period. The Company reported net income for the year ended December 31, 2025 of $2.1 million or $0.17 per basic and diluted share compared to a net loss of $2.2 million, or $0.17 per basic and diluted share, for the prior year. Other Financial Highlights: Total assets decreased $66.7 million, or 6.9%, to $904.9 million at December 31, 2025 from $971.5 million at December 31, 2024, largely due to a decrease in cash and cash equivalents and loans, offset by an increase in securities available for sale.Cash and cash equivalents decreased $16.6 million, or 31.8%, to $35.6 million at December 31, 2025 from $52.2
