Liquidity remains solid with $51 million in cash despite seasonal negative operating cash flow of $5.5 million; fiscal 2026 capex is guided to $8–12 million, the company paid $1.7 million in dividends, repurchased $147,000 of stock, and the board approved a $0.20 dividend.
