PORTERVILLE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sierra Bancorp (Nasdaq: BSRR), parent of Bank of the Sierra, today announced unaudited financial results for the three-and twelve-month periods ended December 31, 2025. Sierra Bancorp reported consolidated net income in the fourth quarter of 2025 of $12.9 million, or $0.97 per diluted share, compared to net income of $10.4 million, or $0.72 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2024, and $9.7 million, or $0.72 per diluted share, in the third quarter of 2025.Highlights for the fourth quarter of 2025 (unless otherwise stated):Strong Quarterly EarningsRecord quarterly earnings of $12.9 million as compared to $10.4 million for the same period in 2024.Return on average assets improved to 1.39% as compared to 1.13% for the same period in 2024.Return on average equity increased to 14.09% as compared to 11.49% for the same period in 2024.Net interest margin rose to 3.79% as compared to 3.65% for the same period in 2024.Efficiency ratio improved
