The company's Board of Directors has named Mike Cinnamond, currently Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, to succeed Johnson as President and CEO. Cinnamond will also join the Board of Directors, ensuring leadership continuity as the company transitions to its next phase of growth. On February 19, B2Gold Corp.
