The Pentagon's European Drawdown Won't Alleviate Russia's Security Concerns Authored by Andrew Korybko via Substack, The Romanian Defense Minister recently confirmed that the US will withdraw around half of its 2,000 troops as part of its plans to reprioritize Asia, which could include drawdowns from other countries as well.
