British Land - UK Real Estate On Sale Summary British Land has gone on sale due to political and macroeconomic fears. The net asset value has decreased mainly due to retail asset weakness, but like-for-like rental income is growing. Whilst the retail portfolio is not performing well, the company has a long-term plan to further diversify its assets. The balance sheet is extremely strong and the company has further financing available for future developments. Investors get a 6.2% yield with an increase for 2020 already declared.
