Brandon Mintz, CEO, reported that "Bitcoin Depot delivered another strong quarter, exceeding the preliminary results we announced in October." Mintz highlighted operating leverage, kiosk expansion, higher transaction volumes, and disciplined cost management as key drivers. He noted median Quick Insights State regulations are expected to pressure near-term revenues and volumes, but management believes they will eventually weed out smaller competitors and support recovery and long-term growth. The acquisition adds over 500 kiosks, reinforces market leadership, and will be fully integrated by end of Q4, but Q4 guidance accounts for associated headwinds and seasonality. The company sees the Hong Kong and Australia markets as opportunities to diversify revenue and expects meaningful contributions from international kiosk fleets despite ongoing regulatory challenges.
