WALNUT, Calif., Feb. 13, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Armlogi Holding Corp. (“Armlogi” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: BTOC), a U.S.-based warehousing and logistics service provider that offers a comprehensive package of supply-chain solutions related to warehouse management and order fulfillment, today announced financial results for its fiscal 2026 second quarter and six-month period ended December 31, 2025. Financial Results for the Three Months Ending December 31, 2025: Total revenue increased 0.8% to $51.5 million for the three months ended December 31, 2025, compared to $51.1 million in the prior-year period.Costs of services increased to $52.3 million for the three months ended December 31, 2025, resulting in a gross loss of $0.8 million, compared to a gross profit of $0.5 million in the prior year period. Gross margin declined to (1.5)% for the three months ended December 31, 2025 from 0.9% in the prior year period, primarily due to higher operational costs.Net loss was $3.9 millio
