NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BlackRock Utilities, Infrastructure & Power Opportunities Trust (NYSE: BUI) (the "Fund") today announced the successful completion of its transferable rights offer (the “Offer”) which expired on April 2, 2026 (the “Expiration Date”). The Offer entitled rights holders to subscribe for up to an aggregate of 6,019,793 shares of the Fund’s common stock, par value of $0.001 per share (each, a “Common Share”). The final subscription price of $26.37 per Common Share was determined based upon the formula equal to 95% of the net asset value as of 4/2/2026.The Offer was undersubscribed and the full amount of shares subscribed will be allocated.“Thank you to our shareholders for their continued confidence in the Fund.
