(NASDAQ: BWFG) reported GAAP net income of $10.1 million, or $1.27 per share for the third quarter of 2025, versus $9.1 million, or $1.15 per share, for the second quarter of 2025. The Company's Board of Directors declared a $0.20 per share cash dividend, payable November 21, 2025 to shareholders of record on November 10, 2025.Pre-tax, pre-provision net revenue ("PPNR") of $13.9 million or 1.70% of average assets.
