(NYSE: BXP) , the largest publicly traded developer, owner, and manager of premier workplaces in the United States, reported results today for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2025. Financial Highlights Fourth Quarter 2025: Revenue increased 2.2% to $877.1 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, compared to $858.6 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. Net income (loss) attributable to BXP, Inc. of $248.5 million, or $1.56 per diluted share (EPS), for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, compared to $(230.0) million, or $(1.45) per diluted share, for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. EPS exceeded the midpoint of BXP's guidance by $0.74 per diluted share primarily due to the gains on sales recognized in connection with the disposition activity completed in the fourth quarter.
