(NASDAQ: BYND), otherwise known as Beyond The Plant Protein Company™ (the “Company”), today reported financial results for its fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025. Fourth Quarter 2025 Financial Highlights Net revenues were $61.6 million, a decrease of 19.7% year-over-year. Gross profit was $1.4 million, or gross margin of 2.3%, compared to gross profit of $10.0 million, or gross margin of 13.1%, in the year-ago period. Gross profit and gross margin included $2.4 million in non-cash charges arising from incremental provision for excess and obsolete inventory as a result of SKU rationalization and the decision to discontinue certain product lines and $1.5 million in expenses related to the cessation of the Company's operational activities in China.
