NEW YORK, July 16, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BeyondSpring Inc. (the “Company” or “BeyondSpring”) (Nasdaq: BYSI), a global clinical stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of innovative immuno-oncology cancer therapies, today announced that it plans to launch an underwritten public offering of its ordinary shares. The offering is being led by Decheng Capital LLC. The Company also expects to grant the underwriter an option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the ordinary shares being offered to cover over-allotments. The Company intends to use the net proceeds of this offering to support continued clinical and pre-clinical development and for general corporate purposes. William Blair & Company, L.L.C. will be acting as sole book-running manager for the offering. The offering is subject to market and other conditions and may not be completed on the terms described or at all. The offering is being made pursuant to the Company’s existing shelf
