WUHAN, China, April 22, 2026 WUHAN, China April 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- China Automotive Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CAAS) ("CAAS" or the "Company"), a leading power steering components and systems supplier in China, today announced its unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and the audited results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. Fourth Quarter 2025 Highlights Net sales increased by 21.4% year-over-year to $229.2 million Gross profit increased by 79.8% to $53.0 million from $29.5 million. Gross margin of 23.1% compared to 15.6% in the fourth quarter of 2024 Operating income grew 108.0% to $18.1 million, compared with $8.7 million in the fourth quarter of 2024 Net income attributable to parent company's common shareholders was $18.4 million, or diluted net income per share of $0.61, compared to net income of $9.1 million, or diluted net income per share of $0.30 in the fourth quarter of 2024.
