Southfield, Michigan, Jan. 30, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Credit Acceptance Corporation (Nasdaq: CACC) (referred to as the “Company”, “Credit Acceptance”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) today announced consolidated net income of $161.9 million, or $8.60 per diluted share, for the three months ended December 31, 2019 compared to consolidated net income of $151.9 million, or $7.79 per diluted share, for the same period in 2018. For the year ended December 31, 2019, consolidated net income was $656.1 million, or $34.57 per diluted share, compared to consolidated net income of $574.0 million, or $29.39 per diluted share, for the same period in 2018. Adjusted net income, a non-GAAP financial measure, for the three months ended December 31, 2019 was $173.5 million, or $9.22 per diluted share, compared to $153.0 million, or $7.85 per diluted share, for the same period in 2018.
