Recent ARKA Group acquisition increases leverage to 4x EBITDA, with limited near-term EPS accretion and a premium 4x sales multiple paid. CACI trades at about 20x earnings and 1.5x sales, with a solid backlog but heightened balance sheet risk post-deal.
