HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cadence Bancorporation today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 7,500,000 shares of Class A common stock at a price to the public of $20.00 per share and a total offering size of $150,000,000. The Class A common stock is expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on April 13, 2017 under the symbol “CADE.” The offering is expected to close on or about April 19, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,125,000 shares of Class A common stock at the initial public offering price less the underwriting discount to cover any over-allotments.
