The Cheesecake Factory launched its first app on Wednesday, following through on its promise to do so in the first half of 2026, and it's incentivizing loyalty program members with a freebie through April 30. Cheesecake Rewards members who download the app and log in to their account will receive a free slice of their choice of cheesecake with any purchase. President David Gordon announced in late October plans to launch the app in the first half of 2026 in a way that would benefit customers. “We want to create a program that really works for casual dining and that guests will find a lot of value in, and we think we're on the right path to do that,” he said at the time.
