The Southern California-based firms Redwood West and Panattoni, in partnership with Prime Finance and Prism Places, purchased Victoria Gardens, which sits along Interstate 15. At nearly 1.2 million square feet, the lifestyle retail center opened in October 2004, and quickly drew customers from across Southern California, the Daily Press reported. Victoria Gardens Victoria Gardens is considered one of the largest regional malls in Southern California, with more than 30 buildings on 12 blocks, according to the Los Angeles Times. The retail center is home to 160 specialty retailers and restaurants, including The Cheesecake Factory, Macy's, AMC Theatres, Apple, lululemon, Chanel, Gorjana, Sephora, Nike, Zara, Shake Shack, Tecovas, Warby Parker, Fleming's Steakhouse, Sweetgreen and more. Besides retail and dining options, Victoria Gardens features a cultural center, public library, performance venue, multiple public plazas, parks, gardens and office space. $530 million purchas
