(NASDAQ: CAR) (the “Company”) announced today that, due to the public health impact of the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19) and to prioritize the health and well-being of our employees, shareholders and community, the Company’s 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) has been changed from an in-person meeting to a virtual format only. Virtual Meeting Information for Our Shareholders The Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time), as disclosed in the proxy statement filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 27, 2020.
