Avis's Americas segment returned to revenue growth and positive pricing (revenue +2.9% YoY; RPD +2.8%, exiting the quarter ~+4%) after fleet reductions and higher utilization, with the fleet ~20% younger and depreciation trends improving. On the balance sheet Avis exceeded Q1 adjusted EBITDA guidance by about $50 million and raised full-year adjusted EBITDA to $850M–$1B ; it has $900M liquidity, completed several refinancing actions, and plans to reduce net corporate leverage from 7.6x to below 6x by year-end.
