Caterpillar Inc. said Wednesday that it has decided to maintain its quarterly dividend of $1.03 a share, with the next dividend payable May 20 to shareholders of record on April 20. Based on current stock prices, Caterpillar's implied dividend yield was 3.34%, compared with the SPDR Industrial Select Sector ETF's yield of 2.51% and the implied yield for the S&P 500 of 2.20%.
