CAVA debuts in Ohio with first restaurant in Cincinnati [Yahoo! Finance]

Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant brand CAVA has opened its first Ohio location in Cincinnati, US. The new 3,200ft² site, CAVA Oakley Station, includes a dining area and supports digital ordering, collection and delivery. The opening of the Cincinnati location is part of Cava's ongoing push across the Midwest. It follows recent launches in Chicago, Detroit and Indianapolis. CAVA Oakley Station's menu features chef-crafted meals, as well as the option to assemble a custom bowl or pita. Items available include a mix of core dishes and time-limited additions. These range from dips and house-made juices to several pita chip flavours. Cava's chief development officer Jeff Gaul said: “Cincinnati has a strong sense of community, and that's exactly what we hope to be part of here in Oakley. “We believe great food brings people together, so whether guests are stopping by after work or fuelling up before a Bengals or Reds game, we're looking forward to bringing the fresh and cra
