company's 2026 Annual General Meeting an increase in its quarterly dividend for the 33rd consecutive year. The proposal calls for a $4.08 annual per share dividend, payable in four quarterly installments of $1.02 per share, compared to the current quarterly dividend amount of $0.97 per share. The Board also declared a quarterly dividend equal to $0.97 per share, payable on April 6, 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 13, 2026. The dividend will be payable out of legal reserves and will be made in United States dollars by the company's transfer agent as described in the Chubb Limited 2025 proxy statement.
