leading lithium-ion battery manufacturer and electric energy solution provider in China, today reported its unaudited financial results for the third quarter and first nine months of 2025 ended September 30, 2025. Third Quarter of 2025 Financial Highlights Net revenues reached $60.92 million, indicating a 36.5% year-over-year increase from $44.63 million in the prior-year period. The growth was primarily driven by the strong performance of our battery raw materials segment, benefiting from the recent recovery in the industry and price increase of battery raw materials. Net revenues from battery raw materials segment, Hitrans, were $27.22 million, representing an increase of 143.7% compared to $11.17 million in the same period of 2024. Net income attributable to CBAK Energy Technology Inc. was $2.65 million, a 150.2-fold increase from $17,647 in the same period in 2024.
