Mesquite, April 29, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mesquite, Nevada — April 29, 2025 — Dogecoin Cash, Inc. (OTC: CBDS) today announced that its corporate name change has been finalized and is now reflected across U.S. stock market systems, following notification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). The name change was authorized through the filing of a Certificate of Amendment to the Company’s Articles of Incorporation with the Nevada Secretary of State on November 13, 2024, and became market effective on April 25, 2025, following FINRA’s completion of its processing. This update aligns with the Company’s previously reported disclosures, including the filing of a Current Report on Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 28, 2025, which reported the completion of the name change.
