SAN DIEGO, March 26, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cibus, Inc. (Nasdaq: CBUS) (the “Company” or “Cibus”), a leading agricultural technology company that develops and licenses plant traits to seed companies, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering (the “Offering”) of 6,976,744 shares of its Class A Common Stock, par value $0.0001 per share (“Class A Common Stock”) at a purchase price of $2.15 per share of Class A Common Stock. The Company has also granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,046,511 shares of Class A Common Stock to cover over-allotments, if any. All shares of Class A Common Stock to be sold in the Offering are to be sold by the Company. The gross proceeds of the Offering will be approximately $15 million (or $17.2 million if the underwriter exercises its option to purchase additional shares of Class A Common Stock in full) before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions in the Offering and other estimated expe
