SAN DIEGO, Jan. 28, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cibus, Inc. (Nasdaq: CBUS) (the “Company” or “Cibus”), a leading agricultural technology company that develops and licenses plant traits to seed companies, today announced that it intends to offer shares of its Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (“Class A Common Stock”), in an underwritten public offering (the “Offering”). Cibus also expects to grant to the underwriter of the Offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of Class A Common Stock offered in the Offering on the same terms and conditions. The Offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the Offering may be completed or as to the actual size or terms of the Offering.
