CHINO, Calif., Jan. 16, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Chino Commercial Bancorp (OTC: CCBC), the parent company of Chino Commercial Bank, N.A., announced the results of operations for the Bank and the consolidated holding company for the fourth quarter and year-ended December 31, 2025. Net earnings for the fourth quarter of 2025 were $1.41 million, reflecting an increase of $15.5 thousand, or 1.11%, compared to the same period last year. Basic and diluted earnings per share were $0.44 for the fourth quarter of 2025, up from $0.43 for the same quarter in 2024. Net earnings year-to-date increased by 13.74% or by $706 thousand, to $5.84 million, as compared to $5.14 million for the same period last year. Net earnings per share was $1.82 for the period ending December 31, 2025, and $1.60 for the same period last year. Dann H.
