Eric Bjornholt to its Board of Directors effective immediately. Bjornholt brings more than three decades of finance and advisory experience, joining Infleqtion as the Company advances toward its planned public listing. The company announced in September that it plans to go public through a business combination with Churchill Capital Corp X (NASDAQ: CCCX) (“Churchill X”), a special purpose acquisition company.Bjornholt currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Microchip Technology Inc.
