neutral-atom technology, today announced that its joint registration statement on Form S-4 (the "Registration Statement") with Churchill Capital Corp X (NASDAQ: CCCX) ("Churchill X"), filed with Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") in connection with the proposed business combination between Infleqtion and Churchill X, was declared effective by the SEC on January 23, 2026. This represents an important step in the process toward completion of the previously disclosed proposed business combination between Infleqtion and Churchill X. Churchill X has set a meeting date of February 12, 2026 for its extraordinary general meeting to approve the proposed business combination and related matters.
