(NYSE American LLC: CCEL ) (the “Company”), the world’s first private cord blood bank to separate and store stem cells in 1992, announced results for the fiscal first quarter ended February 28, 2026.Financial ResultsRevenueThe revenues for the first quarter of fiscal 2026 were $7.68 million compared to $7.97 million for the first quarter of fiscal 2025. The revenues for the first quarter of fiscal 2026 consisted of $7.64 million in processing and storage fee revenue, $36,000 in product revenue and approximately $1,400 in public banking revenue compared to $7.87 million in processing and storage fee revenue, $21,000 in product revenue and approximately $82,000 in public banking revenue for the first quarter of fiscal 2025.Net IncomeThe Company reported net income of approximately $47,000 or $0.01 per basic and diluted common share for the three months ended February 28, 2026, compared to net income of approximately $283,
