Let's start with our business update and cover the first quarter highlights. The two key takeaways for me in Q1 really center around two things. Number one, we delivered financial performance and fundraising in line with our objectives, on track to deliver on our 2025 goals. Second, which became increasingly relevant in April is the resilience of the digital infrastructure asset class and the value of owning and operating a diversified portfolio across the ecosystem. Let's start with scale. Here, we delivered strong financial performance with solid revenue and earnings growth in the first quarter.
