During the third quarter on July 23, 2025, the Corporation completed its acquisition of ESSA Bancorp, Inc. (“ESSA”), which added total assets, net of estimated purchase accounting fair value adjustments, of $2.1 billion, comprised primarily of $1.7 billion in loans.
