CDT holds a 20% equity stake in Sarborg and views this filing as an important step in strengthening and formalising Sarborg’s intellectual property position. Sarborg announced that a provisional patent application was filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office on February 12, 2026, and has been assigned United States Patent Application No. 63/981,801.
