Vistra ( NYSE:VST agreed to 20-year power purchase agreements that will supply more than 2,600 megawatts from three plants, combining about 2,176 megawatts of current capacity with roughly 433 megawatts of uprates. The commitments follow Meta's earlier 20-year purchase from Constellation Energy (CEG), underscoring the company's push to secure low-carbon, reliable power for heavy AI workloads.
