OMAK, Wash., Dec. 17, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mid-Valley Hospital (MVH) has selected Cerner, a global leader in health care technology, to transform its Electronic Health Record (EHR) through the Cerner Millennium® platform. MVH has also signed on to purchase Cerner population health solutions, with the goal of helping manage outcomes to improve the health of individuals throughout the community. Through this agreement, MVH will move from an aging health care technology platform to one patient-centric electronic record, supporting physicians, nurses and clinicians as they share data and streamline processes across the entire organization. “Today’s health care is changing rapidly, and we work hard to be ahead of the curve when it comes to procedures, technology and talent,” said Alan Fisher, CEO, MVH. “Every day we are assessing the health care needs of this community and investing in what is needed most to improve the patient experience.” MVH plans to implement Cerner Millennium
