PROVIDENCE, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: CFG) today announced the pricing of concurrent senior unsecured note offerings by CFG and its banking subsidiary Citizens Bank, N.A. (“CBNA”) of $1.50 billion aggregate principal amount, consisting of:$750 million of CFG 3.25% fixed-rate senior notes due 2030 (the “CFG Senior Notes”)$750 million of CBNA 2.25% fixed-rate senior notes due 2025 (the “CBNA Senior Notes”)CFG and CBNA each intend to use the net proceeds of the senior note offerings for general corporate purposes.
