all of its outstanding 4.300% Fixed Rate Reset Subordinated Notes due February 11, 2031 (CUSIP No. 174610BA2), all of its outstanding 3.750% Fixed Rate Reset Subordinated Notes due February 11, 2031 (CUSIP No. 174610AY1), and all of its outstanding 4.350% Fixed Rate Reset Subordinated Notes due February 11, 2031 (CUSIP No. 174610BC8) (collectively, the "Notes"). The redemption price for the Notes will be equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Notes redeemed, plus any accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, the redemption date of February 11, 2026.
