Un tribunal ontarien a autorisé un recours collectif proposé par des actionnaires contre Canopy Growth et deux de ses dirigeants, relativement à des manquements allégués aux obligations d’information découlant de l’acquisition, en 2019, de sa filiale de boissons sportives BioSteel Sports Nutrition. La Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario a donné le feu vert à un recours collectif au nom des investisseurs qui ont acquis des actions de Canopy entre le 1 juin 2021 et le 22 juin 2023.
