Austin, TX, April 30, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Collective Growth Corporation (Nasdaq: CGROU) (the “Company”) announced today that it priced its initial public offering of 15,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit. The units will commence trading May 1, 2020 on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “CGROU”. Each unit consists of one share of the Company’s Class A common stock (“Class A Common Stock”) and one-half of one redeemable warrant (“Warrant”) with each whole Warrant entitling the holder to purchase one share of Class A Common Stock at a price of $11.50 per share. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A Common Stock and Warrants are expected to be traded on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbols “CGRO”, and “CGROW”, respectively. No fractional warrants will be issued upon separation of the units and only whole warrants will trade. The underwriters have been granted a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,250,000 units offer
