(Nasdaq: CHCI) (“Comstock”), a leading asset manager, developer, and operator of mixed-use and transit-oriented properties in the Washington, D.C. region, today announced today the signing of a new lease agreement with Taste Buds Kitchen for 2,600 square feet of retail space at 22114 Gramercy Park Drive in Loudoun Station.Taste Buds Kitchen is a franchise-based culinary entertainment experience company offering interactive cooking classes and culinary parties for kids, families, and adults.
